Q. Can I feature my own lender?

A. Yes you can, but they must be invited to partner with you on the app, and they will be charged a monthly fee to be featured on your app. Here is the link to have your lender sign up: https://airtable.com/shrQbD6WAEeh02Gxa **Note: The default lender for our region is Julie Aragon with Aragon Lending Team.

Q. Can I disable the default lender?

A. Yes, however it will disable the following features: Lead verification & background info, property microsites, touchless sign-in via QR code, & more. If you would still like to disable the lender, you may do so on the listing setup screen.

Q. Can I use Curb Hero if it’s not my listing?

A. In short, yes, HOWEVER you must follow all necessary steps to ensure you remain compliant and give proper credit to the listing agent of record. This can be in the description, and/or you may want to use links to the listing on your IDX/kvCORE website in the section labeled “Property Tour Links”, which will display the listing agent information as well.

Q. What is this about the Privacy Policy link?

A. Data usage and privacy is an important issue to many people, and having a privacy policy is important. If you are using kvCORE and we are having Curb Hero “zap” the data from your open house to kvCORE, you may utilize the kvCORE website/CRM privacy policy page. We will help you link to the correct page to ensure you are compliant.
